Do you offer a pickup option for local customers?
Not at this time. However, we do ship and participate in several pop up shops across the DFW metro-plex. Follow us on social media to see where we'll be next!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Please contact us at hello@fairetheculture.com for all wholesale inquiries.

How long will my body butter stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?
Because our body butters are natural and do not contain any preservatives, we recommend using them within 6 months after opening.
Our butters are subject to melting, so we suggest you store your body butter in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. 

Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently, we do not ship internationally. We ship to all 50 United States and it’s territories.

Do you offer samples?
We periodically add samples to orders prior to shipping.

Are your products all natural? 
Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, but some products do contain preservatives to prevent yeast, mold and bacteria growth. Any product that is made with or will be exposed to water, must contain a preservative to maintain its safety. If you are seeking a product without preservatives, our body butters and body oils are a perfect choice!

My body butter melted, what should I do?
Our butters may be affected by warm temperatures, however, it absolutely does not affect quality or performance. If your body butter melts, simply place it in the fridge until it completely cools. It won’t have the same whipped texture, but it will still maintain all its benefits.
