About
How it Began..
It all started in 2018. I was in the middle of a divorce, preparing myself to be a single parent of three, one of which suffered from eczema. In the midst of stress, appeared the onset of my own skin issues, eczema, and psoriasis. Neither of us could tolerate the irritants inside of several psoriasis and eczema products in stores. They either caused further irritation, burned, dried out our skin, or simply didn't work. After wasting so much money on hair and skin products, I decided to use my cosmetology training and focus on creating products that would really help to combat our issues, feel good, and smell amazing.
The name "Faire the Culture" was inspired by the popular phrase within the African American community, "For the Culture." Our products focus on the unique skin, hair, and self-care challenges that we face. We take pride in using only the finest natural and organic ingredients, and pay homage to our cultural colloquialisms, phrases, lyrics, and literature, by embodying them in our branding. We hope you love our products, just as much as we love creating them!
